Kapil Garg
Mr. Kapil Garg has more than two decades of rich E&P experience. He started his career with ONGC as a production engineer. He then moved to Enron Oil and Gas India Ltd. In 1995 as Offshore Installation Manager responsible for managing offshore production facility and soon rose to position of General Manager Production. Subsequently he joined BG Group in India as Director Operations for upstream business and then he moved as Technical Director for Asia and Middle East based in U.K.
He returned to India to join as Managing Director of BG's upstream business in India. His last assignment was as Asset General Manager/Managing Director of BG India wherein he was responsible for both upstream and downstream business.
Mr. Garg has multi-disciplinary hands on experience of full spectrum of E&P business including Operations, Project Management, Business Development and Joint Venture Operations etc.
He is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from IIT Roorkee and also holds a M.Tech. degree from the same institute.
Mr. Anil Jagg
Mr. Anil Jaggi is an accomplished E&P professional with over 26 years of professional experience in managing multi site drilling projects. Mr. Jaggi started his career with ONGC in 1982 as an engineer and served the corporation in field operations and technology group for 13 years. Mr. Jaggi then moved to Enron Oil and Gas where he was instrumental in implementing the first phase of drilling in both Panna-Mukta and Tapti fields starting 1996. Subsequently in 2002 he became Drilling Manager for BG's India division and was also responsible for overseeing the JV affairs of BG from 2006 onwards.
He has successfully managed complex drilling campaigns involving highly deviated/horizontal/multilateral wells, smart completions & challenging sand control operations in logistically difficult areas and ensured fast track parallel execution of multiple offshore projects.
During his illustrious career he was awarded ONGC chairman's Young Executive Award for his splendid work in the field of drilling engineering. He joined Oilmax as Director Operations in the year 2008.
Radhakrishna Sattuluri
Mr. Radhakrishna started his career in telecommunication industry and has an experience of 13 years in various operational, accounting, audit and commercial aspects before joining the oil and gas industry 21 years ago. ONGC was his first Oil and Gas firm where he worked on financial, accounting and commercial aspects of production operations and international oil and gas joint ventures. He then worked with Reliance industries in establishing financial and commercial processes for the new oil and gas division and business development. His next workplace was Enron oil and gas, which he was a part of for 6 years in areas of joint venture accounting, host government reporting and setting up new team for accounting and commercial functions including JV audits, multi currency accounting and PSC/JOA compliance.
In 2002 when BG acquired the assets from Enron he joined the BG team as deputy general manager (finance and accounts). He was responsible for most of the functions of Finance and accounting department. Later, he worked as the project manager for implementation of SAP for India and Bolivia in BG group. After successful completion of the project, he assumed the role of General Manager-Commercial handling development and operation of upstream agreements like PSC, JOA, oil and gas sales agreements, gas lifting and managing interaction with JV partners and host government.
Radhakrishna is a graduate in Science, an associate member of ICWA, qualified company secretary, qualified project manager and has diploma in Management.
Hari Kumar
Mr. Hari Kumar having more than 25 years of industry experience on all aspects of Hydrocarbon Exploration and Development across basins in India and around the world became a part of Oilmax Energy in 2009 as Director - Subsurface.
During his splendid career he worked in various positions contributing towards the growth of well established organisations such as ONGC, Enron, BG, Cairn Energy, Sterling Global Oil Resources and last but not the least at Jubilant Energy as vice President Exploration.
He has an excellent grasp on Exploration for both classic and carbonate reservoirs, Appraisal & Developmental Projects, Operational Aspects, Well Stimulation and various production Activities.
